01Provider

The azimai.uz service is provided by NOIB LLC (OOO "NOIB"), taxpayer identification number (TIN) 313 380 383, registered address: Samarqand Darvoza ko'chasi 2B-uy, 51-xonadon, Qoratosh MFY, Shaykhantakhur district, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In these terms "we" and "us" mean NOIB LLC (OOO "NOIB").

02Service

azimai.uz provides AI agents for businesses and individuals, deployed on the client's own server, and the Instagram Connector: a service that lets a business connect its Instagram professional account so that its AI agent can receive and answer Direct messages and comments through Meta's official API.

03Who may use the Instagram Connector

Only a person authorised to manage the Instagram professional account of the business, and only by an invitation link issued by us. By connecting, you confirm you have that authority and that the account belongs to a business we serve under a separate service agreement.

04Your obligations

Use the service in line with Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and applicable law.

Do not use the agent for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deception, or to collect personal data beyond what is needed to serve your customers.

Keep a human operator available: the agent is an assistant, and conversations that require a person are handed over to your staff.

Inform your customers, where required by law, that an automated assistant may reply.

05What we do

Forward events from Meta to your server within seconds, keep the access token valid, notify you if delivery or token renewal fails, and delete your data on request (see the Privacy Policy).

We do not guarantee Meta's availability, delivery timing or policy changes; features that depend on Meta's App Review (for example comment webhooks) become available once approved.

06Disconnecting

You may disconnect at any time in Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites, or by asking us. We may suspend a connection that violates these terms or Meta's policies, notifying you where possible.

07Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequences of Meta's outages or decisions. Commercial terms, support and fees are governed by the service agreement between us and your business.
